Associate Professor in Cultural Anthropology
My research focuses on work and family issues including changes
in the welfare state and its significance for reconciliation of
employment and family life; strategies and views on having children,
child care and upbringing, changes in gender aspects of parenting
and parenthood; and discourses and practices of workplaces and
their impact on gender and parenting. I am also currently involved
in a project on organisations and political integration from a
gender perspective.
