My research area of interest is over-crowded housing in urban areas. This is studied in relation to gender, ethnicity and social stratification. The aim of the thesis is two folded when I asprie to study both the geographical spread in urban areas as well as individual interpretations of living in over-crowded housing. Therefore the thesis will consist of both statistical analyses and interviews.
