Housing and Society

This research programme brings together IBF’s housing research within all its academic disciplines.

Housing and Society

The programme covers social science research about home and residence, housing markets, politics, policy and planning in a Swedish and international perspective.

The programme includes a number of internal and externally financed research projects addressing topics related to housing and society. The research lies at the forefront internationally, and it is carried out in close but independent collaboration with housing actors and stakeholders. An open seminar series is organized within the programme, where colleagues from other research environments are invited to present and discuss their research.
