The Equal Opportunities Working Group at the Institute for Housing and Urban Research addresses questions regarding equal opportunities. We are responsible for strategies, documents and training on discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
In the autumn of 2017, a survey about equal opportunities at the workplace was carried out. The survey was addressed to all employees at the institute with the aim of identifying potential challenges regarding equal opportunities, and giving guidance for the future work towards a balanced workplace. Since 2015 we are also present at the board meetings to ensure that the equal opportunities policy is followed.
