Equal opportunities

The Equal Opportunities Working Group at the Institute for Housing and Urban Research addresses questions regarding equal opportunities. The group is responsible for strategies, documents and training on discrimination and harassment in the workplace.

One of the main tasks of the Equal Opportunities Working Group is the survey about equal opportunities at the workplace, which is carried out on a yearly basis.The survey is addressed to all employees at the institute with the aim of identifying potential challenges regarding equal opportunities, and giving guidance for the future work towards a balanced workplace. Furthermore, the Equal Opportunities representative is also present at the IBF board meetings.
